We will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email us and let us know.
If you receive the wrong item or damaged item, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly fix the mistake and absorb all shipping costs associated with this.
If you are unsatisfied with your yarn, or other purchase for any reason, we will accept a return for store credit within 30 days of date of original purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping costs or cover the cost of shipping a return to us.
We accept returns on any unused yarn or product in original condition for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning the yarn to us. We will credit your account once we receive the yarn for the price of the goods, but not of the original shipping fees.
We cannot accept returns on any books, patterns, tools, notions or sale items. These are final sale and may not be returned.
For any returned merchandise, please be sure to include your original receipt, email address and phone number so we can be sure to credit your account.
